Connection or publishing problem?

Include your app version, platform, error message and the job status. Remove tokens, passwords, client secrets and signed URLs from screenshots. Check YouTube Studio or Instagram before retrying an upload with an uncertain result.

Disconnect, revoke or delete data

1. Stop automatic publishing on every machine using the account.
2. Choose Disconnect, revoke & delete local YouTube data in the desktop application's Connections tab. It deletes local YouTube history and statistics as well as credentials, and attempts Google revocation. Optional Instagram has a separate disconnect control.
3. For Google, remove the app in Google Account third-party connections. Use Instagram's account controls for Meta authorisation.
4. Remove local workspace data, exported reports and media you no longer need. Server credentials, queues, hosted MP4 files and backups require separate removal by the server administrator.
5. For Terenval-managed server copies, email a deletion request identifying the account/channel and data concerned. Do not send credentials. We will verify authority and complete removal of applicable active copies within 7 days of a verified request, including administrator handling of backups.

Revoking access and deleting app data do not delete videos already uploaded to YouTube or Instagram. Manage those videos in the platform itself. See our Privacy policy for details.

Availability

The Windows application is currently in a limited rollout. This informational website does not offer a browser editor or collect Google credentials. Account authorisation starts in the desktop app and completes on Google's own page.
