    Build the video

    Import clips you have the right to use. Combine a reaction, a meme and your creator message. Adjust framing, captions and audio in the desktop studio.

  2. 02

    Preview & export

    Check a preview before exporting an H.264/AAC MP4. Review the title, description, audience declarations and visibility before scheduling.

  3. 03

    Queue a publication

    Select a platform, date and timezone. A running desktop publisher or separately configured server worker sends the prepared video when its job is due.

Publishing uses YouTube API Services. You sign in on Google's own page, choose your channel and approve the permissions. Meme Publisher never asks for your Google password.

Desktop first

Imported media, previews, exports and the queue are stored in your application workspace. Google credentials use the operating system credential vault on Windows.

Optional server publishing

A server worker can publish prepared exports while the PC is off, after an administrator transfers the workspace and credentials. The server must remain available.
